1. the app session is too short, bank transfer is too slow to reflect, data unavailability often occurs, extremely slow delivery of data, poor customer service medium, and I'm a reseller the experience is nothing to write home about, I often apologise and plead my customers because if these issues, and it's discouraging, pls do something, even your site is the sameThis is one of the best data subscription app have ever used.

I made some transactions of a 1GB, 2GB and 1GB of MTN data bundles consequently on the 25th of April, 2023 but reverse was it in the case of failure to been delivered to the appropriate recepient yet the ๐ฐwas deducted.First you can't deposit through the account created even if you use the same bank it just doesn't recognize it, the alternative is expensive.

6. Second, purchasing MTN data bundle is a risk, i have an order pending for about two days now, i am still waiting for the data to be credited.
7. Most of the times, while transacting with either airtime or data recharges, the order always proves to be slow in delivery to the clients as well.
8. But please the airtel data subscription has not been going through for almost 2 weeks now, please work on it.
