1. the app session is too short, bank transfer is too slow to reflect, data unavailability often occurs, extremely slow delivery of data, poor customer service medium, and I'm a reseller the experience is nothing to write home about, I often apologise and plead my customers because if these issues, and it's discouraging, pls do something, even your site is the sameThis is one of the best data subscription app have ever used.

I made some transactions of a 1GB, 2GB and 1GB of MTN data bundles consequently on the 25th of April, 2023 but reverse was it in the case of failure to been delivered to the appropriate recepient yet the ๐Ÿ’ฐwas deducted.First you can't deposit through the account created even if you use the same bank it just doesn't recognize it, the alternative is expensive.

3. Overall,I would highly recommend Clubkonnect to anyone looking for a reliable way of buying data and other utility bills.The app was actually good for a while untill they started stealing lately.

4. Secondly: the app doesn't save your login details so you have to enter your info all the time Thirdly: once you forgot your login, to recover your account is more difficult than necessary, it's months still can login.Edit2: First the session expires so quick on the mobile app, whenever you minimize the screen for up to a minute, you have to log in again.

5. I love the variety of features it offers, from buying data bundles at affordable prices, buying Airtime of any network at a cheap price, and so on.

6. Second, purchasing MTN data bundle is a risk, i have an order pending for about two days now, i am still waiting for the data to be credited.

7. Most of the times, while transacting with either airtime or data recharges, the order always proves to be slow in delivery to the clients as well.

8. But please the airtel data subscription has not been going through for almost 2 weeks now, please work on it.

9. Imagine, you doing transaction like 3 to 4 transactions and telling you, your order has been received, of which your money was deducted and you were not credited neither do they refund it back.

10. Whenever I buy data bundle of 1gb and above they complete my order and send it to me.

11. The app seems to be imbalance at the moment as it finds it hard to display "completed" for some days sent and "refunded for some refunds, requesting for refund is still not possible, I hope the tech team works on these.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix clubkonnect Issues

1. Fix clubkonnect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart clubkonnect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the clubkonnect App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "clubkonnect" » Open clubkonnect » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for clubkonnect » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear clubkonnect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from clubkonnect servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "clubkonnect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check clubkonnect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, clubkonnect might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall clubkonnect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall clubkonnect then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing clubkonnect not working


2. Fix clubkonnect Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make clubkonnect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to clubkonnect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, clubkonnect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
