1. When filling up address, I am aware of API failures, which is a weird UXStill doesn't track walks, even after it shows you the stats after clicking to finish.Fast, simple and fun :) you can track the walk on the map and first walk was freeRequires permissions to media files and contacts.

2. As a product, i was expecting some kind of marketplace for dog walkers, but you can't even see the name of the walker (let alone talking to them in advance or reading reviews about them).

3. Spent half an hour trying to figure out how to book a walk with our regular walker who is on the app and gave up.

4. address fields is buggy, onboarding requires too much detail in advance but will not do any verification other than parsing (e.g. email/phone).

5. Downloaded this as I was told I could use it to get points/coins to exchange for dog food vouchers, however it is impossible to get coins for walking as a text box comes up with no way of closing it.

1. Fix Dogiz Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dogiz: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dogiz App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dogiz" » Open Dogiz: Your Dog's Loyalty Club » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dogiz » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dogiz: Your Dog's Loyalty Club app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dogiz servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dogiz: Your Dog's Loyalty Club" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dogiz app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dogiz might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dogiz. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dogiz then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dogiz not working

2. Fix Dogiz Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dogiz be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dogiz not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dogiz may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
