There is no way to speak to a srvc rep and when I DID hunt down your phone line you force the user to enter a 14 digit tracking number and if you have to switch between applications to read that number your phone system is designed to hang up on the customer from the call, forcing them to try again and perform a pixel perfect "Speedrun" of the numeric entry in the time allotted or they will continue to be disconnected until a successful entry is made.Exceptional app, a few bugs keep making it to where I have to restart my phone so stops will need to sync.

2. Can't have an app that doesn't perform basic functions! If it worked I'd give 5 stars it's quicker than using a scanner if you have a decent camera on your phone.This delivery app stinks.

3. I have to use a whole other app to have my stops optimized which takes up more time having to scan my packages a second time.

4. App needs to be totally rewritten by professionals.It would be nice if there was in app navigation guidance that optimized all the stops after I OD scan my packages and have dispatch send my route.

5. There is a navigation guidance but without being able to optimize the route it's useless 😕Developer doesn't respond to issues and support doesn't respond to emails.

6. Not enough flex for the courier and spend too much time scanning packages that could be time spent making deliveries.

7. But, each time I start to type, it completely messes up the order of numbers & parentheses (eg - "9(298)", and it messed it up over and over again).

8. And the restarts and exits are ashamed since the app is clearly not properly integrated into the Android operating system it's just thrown in unlike other apps which are integrated correctly into this Android operating systemBy far the worst DSP app I have ever experienced.

9. There, it asks for both my phone number AND my activation key (which I was never given)! But, then I decide to fill in what I can.

10. You spend more time scanning barcodes than is necessary.

11. Also your route can't be updated once it's set, so you aren't able to add packages if necessary.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix OnTrac Service Providers Issues
