Contractor+ Customer Insights

1. I haven't even explored all the features yet, but it's really a cool app and helps me organize things with my hubby as well! Update months later: keeps getting better!! :)This is app is awesome and a great value for the price, I expect this to be the go to app for small businesses in the near future.

2. I tried a few different options as far as apps go to run our small concrete business, and manage customer interactions, but this one is the only one that is worth the $.

Okay I have to say the app is almost perfect the only issue that I see so far between mobile and desktop they are lagging issues especially when you search for supplies and suppliers you have to be really really specific in the items that you search for based on the suppliers it should automatically do it, you should just put in drywall and drywall should populate in the list along with the given suppliers that the app associates with but, it doesn't.

4. Make sure to save your estimates, ran into a few times where I forgot a service address, wrote the estimate, then go to send and the whole thing is gone saying I needed a service address.

5. More to come.I am very impressed with how Contractor+ is doing business and how you're treating your existing clients with adding features.

6. I've been very happy with Contractor+! (Had to learn a few workarounds for our business needs, but very doable).

7. Other than that, you guys are rocking it! Hi five.The app is a good one I'm not getting robocalls or spam calls from this app or this company.

8. I love how they aren't annoying, most apps for contractors you have to schedule a demo, or they'll cold call and harrass you non stop.

9. It allows you to virtually run your entire business from your phone with very few glitches (thus far in my experience) and has so many ways to customize it to your business for better client satisfaction.

10. When I'm at home trying to update an estimate, or wanting to send an invoice, or something of that nature, I don't really want to be doing it on my phone.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Contractor+ Issues

1. Fix Contractor+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Contractor+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Contractor+ App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Contractor+" » Open Contractor+: Estimate, Invoice » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Contractor+ » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Contractor+: Estimate, Invoice app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Contractor+ servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Contractor+: Estimate, Invoice" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Contractor+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Contractor+ might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Contractor+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Contractor+ then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Contractor+ not working


2. Fix Contractor+ Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Contractor+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Contractor+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Contractor+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
