1. It said i had to log in so i tried to log in with the email and password i used at the beginning but it says it cant be found! I lost EVERYTHING!!! I want my invoices back! I loved this app until this! Help me please!!! Those invoices contain 1 yr warranties to customers!WAS a great app UNTIL it literally just kicked me out and then said my email was not found like ive never even made an account with them!! ALL MY WORK and info is just GONE!!! like it never even existed!!! Doesn't matter how good An app is if they cant even keep record or track of your account!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS APP!!!! dont make the same mistake i did because you will be screwed and lose everything!! client contact info, previous, future and ongoing project invoices/data JUST GONE!!!I am beyond pissed at this app.
2. After getting a new phone and transferring data from one to the other, somehow both invoice makers are exactly the same and I've lost contact information along with invoices paid and sentWhen my office computers crashed, I was in a race against time to send an estimate to a client.
3. Double checked the email address and everything is correct from my end.I am having the same issue as several other people are having with this app having multiple clients with invoices, estimates and paid invoices and now I can't gain access to the app.
4. To me this is absolutely superb customer service! I'll definitely recommend this app to others!I've been using this without any problems but the last few invoices have not been sent to the client.
5. Experience dictates that when an app starts off immediately with issues UNINSTALL IT and save yourself grief! Dont waste your time!I've been using this app for about a year now.
6. The only things I would add (unless its there and I dont see it) when you send an email I don't have confirmation and to get an e-signature from clients.This is my 2nd review.
7. The client was waiting for my estimate via email as we were speaking by phone.
8. In desperation I found the support email address thru the play store.
9. I wrote an invoice today, tried to send it to the client, and got a "403" error code.
10. Instead, unbeknownst to me at the time someone was emailing me from this app, apparently there to tell me the app doesn't work? In this high competition world, I have no time for this.
11. They didnt respond to me after the screenshots were provided, and then after about 10 minutes the app updated and displayed three separate packages, none of them at the originally advertised prices.
