1. Makes it pointless to use if I can't view parts of the documents.Great information, not the easiest to navigate, but very good information when you find it.Impossible to cancel subscription, very disorganised platform on.

3. The full online version isn't much better for searches, slow.Viewing PDF documents barely works, can't scroll pages, zoom and scroll, etc.

4. Worst experience and waste of money.Pages hardly load, can zoom on some drawings, but not pan then.

5. Not recommended not all, we contacted every lead on our account, but they were old leads or not a direct contact for the company.

6. Can't view more than first page of document or search for key words for business opportunities.

1. Fix ConstructConnect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ConstructConnect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ConstructConnect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ConstructConnect" » Open ConstructConnect for Contracto » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ConstructConnect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ConstructConnect for Contracto app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ConstructConnect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ConstructConnect for Contracto" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ConstructConnect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ConstructConnect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ConstructConnect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ConstructConnect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ConstructConnect not working

2. Fix ConstructConnect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ConstructConnect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ConstructConnect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ConstructConnect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
