Why should I report an Issue with myNoise | Focus. Relax. Sleep.?

And if you start playing, then go back off that generator's page, there are no controls for the sound.I have loved the options available on the app, however in the last few months, I am assulted by random loud popping noises, and the sounds completely stop after a couple minutes, no matter which sound I select.

2. There are apparently-random icons on the list of downloaded sounds, but they don't change or have meaning.The generators are complex (in a good way) and generate quite a variety of sounds.

3. New phones and some updates require reloading all siunds - why not "redownload my sounds" or "restore my purchases?"I'm encouraged to hear an overhaul for this app is coming in March (edit: March has come and gone, still waiting).

2. Update the myNoise | Focus. Relax. Sleep. App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myNoise | Focus. Relax. Sleep." » Open myNoise | Focus. Relax. Sleep. » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myNoise | Focus. Relax. Sleep. » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear myNoise | Focus. Relax. Sleep. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myNoise | Focus. Relax. Sleep. servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myNoise | Focus. Relax. Sleep." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check myNoise | Focus. Relax. Sleep. app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myNoise | Focus. Relax. Sleep. might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall myNoise | Focus. Relax. Sleep.. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myNoise | Focus. Relax. Sleep. then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myNoise | Focus. Relax. Sleep. not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make myNoise | Focus. Relax. Sleep. be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to myNoise | Focus. Relax. Sleep. not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, myNoise | Focus. Relax. Sleep. may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
