1. After a week I was sold and signed up for the paid subscription. This is so great! The premium is a bit much for me though, and there are times where the screen freezes and I have to completely exit the app a couple times for it to let me interact with the app again, but besides that the music is fantastic! I love the different levels of stimulation and options.
2. Before trying Brain.fm I was using Spotify and a variety of music to try to help me focus, which sometimes helped but more often did not.
3. I definitely recommend this app to anyone with a brain that tends to run all over the place! I have noticed a huge difference in my ability to focus when using this app.
4. One glitch: sometimes after I stopped using it it keeps playing every time I play a song, watch a video, do a phone call or do anything that activates the audio.
5. Before this, I was using Spotify playlists to try accomplish the same things, but this app has been so much better at actually getting results.Once I finally figured out how to use the app after signing up (had to close and go back in as sign up page was frozen), I tried several sequences.
6. Relaxation music is much more focusing for me.My work requires constant intense focus and I was very much struggling.
7. I suggest that for meditations you have themes like to reduce anxiety, gratitude, confidence, focus on mindfulness, etc. This app (we used to call them programs) is amazing.
8. 2) in sleep mode the music gets loud about 2-4AM and wakes me up.3) The transition between songs fades to silence and then starts playing again which also wakes me up.
9. Thank you! #wwg1wgaIt took me a few attempts to find the style of music and wavelength that worked for me, but now I totally love it.
10. Other than that I would love it and give it 5 stars but until they fix it I'm giving it one.Absolutely love it but it constantly crashes which creates the opposite effect for getting into a good flow state.
11. Brain.fm worked! I started as a trial and right away noticed significant improvement in my focus.
