1. It would save the battery life of my devices a little, and more important, I could have Endel's sounds playing on my Echo Show 8 at night without needing to cover up the lit screen with a cloth just so the room can be nice and dark for me to sleep in.
2. I'm sure some of these are used for some purpose, but combined with using a free trial -> subscription model that attempts to trick people into paying subscription fees is enough to make me steer clear of this app.
3. Add more fitness tracker apps (i.e: Fitbit, Garmin, etc) sync function and I'd be much more willing to pay.It would be great if I could listen to the soundscapes with the device screen off or locked.
4. -Wish they explained more of the science and tech. Not really a fan of having the automatic subscription button (which pops up upon initial setup) be titled "Continue", as well as the app asking for permissions such as health, location, and more.
5. -You must click X on the intro screen for a true free trial, but this isn't explained on the screen itself.
6. I'm sure the dev team is working hard, but I can't support that.I like a lot of ideas behind this app, and I did enjoy using it during the trial.
7. Effing wow! I've tried so many sound apps and liked most just fine but this one...this one is different.
8. I tried this on my girlfriend's iPhone 7 prior to using it on my phone, and it sounded perfect with the same headphones.
9. Some of the things it did like the sleep noises and the smart wakeup are genuinely good ideas I haven't seen elsewhere.
10. At least for meI just started using it and the music settings are actually far more enjoyable than I expected, and don't distract me when working.
11. May I get this for free if I promise to write a better review 😂I can't afford it but definitely recognize the large benefit.I like Endel.
