1. Can sign in perfectly fine as long as it's on a desktop computer but this app is garbage.Login is easy if you know your password (your normal MVP website login), however, password is not stored and fingerprint login cannot be enabled.

2. You want to see your id card? Login, press view id, asked to login again, then when you do you're back in the main menu, no matter what you hit, it asks you to login and it just loops you into the main menu.

3. Is you have the choice use a different healthcare provider...The formatting is off so the characters overlap, it will not accept a new medication, it's just glitchy and more trouble than calling urgent care.

4. Any other selection loops back to login page.The app sucks.

5. Does not support Head of Household profiles with multiple associated accounts.

6. Everything mvp does is low rent outsourced third party nonsense they bill at a premium for.

7. It can't access my ID card, can't tell me what my plan benefits are, and again, everything is spread across a slew of apps.

8. One star is even laughable.When will this be available for PC's (on a screen that seniors can see).The app will not let you sign No matter what you do.

9. Prompts for selection of accounts but does not display any to choose from.

10. Unimaginable amounts of data mining providing them free insight for sales with little provided in return.

11. All of MVP's "features" are spread across multiple apps that don't work.

1. Fix Gia Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gia: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gia App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gia" » Open Gia® by MVP » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gia » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gia® by MVP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gia servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gia® by MVP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gia app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gia might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gia. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gia then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gia not working

2. Fix Gia Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Gia be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Gia not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gia may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
