Thank you mobile E mart.Worst experience i have ordered a touch screen digitizer ten days ago which i have not received till now.the shipment also didn't begin and the order shows cancelled delivery.it neither gives me refund or replacement order.The contact lines are switchedoff.Guy...pleaes be aware of this fraud website...they take order and payment.

I have send multiple email but no response Humble request ...do not make the paymentBekar fraud app! this app and his website is fraud the contact number is always switched off and there was no option to cancel or replace the order after placing the order his customer support is very poor they can not messege back these are theif chorFraud company.. Totaly they all are cheating people like using online business.. More them.

Strongly recommend to users who care their mobiles.If they have certain product instock it will arrive within a week but if any thing goes wrong or u need to return the product they will certainly take their time to resolve complaint and normally would take at least a week or 2 to address and another week for refund but they do solve complaints but in slow speeds and in my experience my issue got partially resolved.I orderd a lcd display touch combo from this site.

Item delivery shows on 11 August due to xx late delivery man of Indian post refusing taking return .Excellent application, found desire product with a smart search, cheap cost of products with a excellent quality, smooth and easy interface to buy product in a few taps , good job by the development team.

5. I was about to launch a cybercrime after i lost all hopes about refund i even thretened them for that.I ordered item on 13 May 2020,paid it's money but didn't get the product nor refund till now.

6. Ordered item in their app status shows complete without delivery of product.

10. They gave mental stress for another month for refund as the customer executive just gives excuses and doesn't do anything.

1. Fix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart : Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "" » Open Mobile E Mart » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mobile E Mart app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mobile E Mart" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall . If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing not working

2. Fix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
