Same for the system itself, placed an order for 4 items, only 2 shows it is being shipped, the other 2 shows the order has been closed but no refund yet.For some reason i can't change my payment method? It keeps telling me to add more stuff for me to use on cash payment and it has gotten really annoying.

2. Items are always delivered securely and well packed.Terrible app and terrible customer service! Placed an order on 30th Sept, till date I have not received my order.

3. Purchased smtg and there was supposed to be a promotion for first-time purchase.. But I didnt get it when I wanted to register an account because it just keeps sending an error message and just buffering.. I'm just going to have this app until my item is delivered.. Luckily it is COD.Affordable price, very new looking, very friendly.

4. But, the thing is item cannot be shipped out alone, need to buy something and the total of the item been choosen SHOULD be RM69 & OVER!!!! I MEAN WHO THE HELL SET THE MINIMUM TOTAL PRICE FOR THE CUSTOMER TO BUY????? And they will not let you checked out if the total are under RM69.

7. Sometimes some seller has misleading post just to sell, then you dont have a choice to accept it because customer service is very poor No guarantee here.

8. Items took awhile to deliver as they have to go through under processes, like preparing and shipping and then delivered.

9. Dropped an email but they redirected me to another after-sales site and requested to insert my Order No but my order number cannot be found.

10. When I check change payment, all the payments aren't highlighted and when I tried clicking on online payment it just tells me add more stuff for cash payment.

11. And the customer service is ridiculous, dropped numerous messages in the chatbox, no reply.

1. Fix FanMart Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FanMart: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FanMart App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FanMart" » Open FanMart - Fast Online Shopping » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FanMart » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FanMart - Fast Online Shopping app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FanMart servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FanMart - Fast Online Shopping" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FanMart app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FanMart might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FanMart. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FanMart then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FanMart not working

2. Fix FanMart Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FanMart be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FanMart not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FanMart may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
