1. It doesn't scan items to show you prices, it scans them to show you how much it is online, and 99% of the time the in-store price is completely different than what it shows.This ap completely sucks!! It will NOT scan ANY products in the store.

2. I DO NOT RECCOMEND WASTING YOUR TIME WITH IT! Why have a scanning option if you're standing in the store, scan an item and it tells you that's not a product Walmart sells or that it's not in stock??? Get it together Walmart! I used to love this ap because of the scanning feature.

3. Love it.I scan items as I go, hit checkout & it gives me a bar code to show upon leaving.I paid the few bucks for what is supposed to be the updated better version but it still does not recognize a lot of barcodes.

4. Regular inventory items price may/may not scan accurately, complicated phone screen when it works (rarely).

5. As in, I move camera forward or up, the barcode that it ultimately doesn't scan anyway, moves backwards or down! So, while it ultimately and completely does not scan any barcode whatsoever, it sucks to use.

6. Would be a lot nicer if it did this automatically but otherwise its definitely faster than typing the upc into Walmart website online.Once item is scanned it does not always recognize items that were scaned.

7. I download app since you can never find a person in walmart to look up a item in the store.The app works likehow it is to find someone inthe store to help.

8. It seems at least two out of every 15 barcodes scan or not recognized especially in the tool and home improvement sectionsIt sorta works.

9. PLEASE BRING BACK IN-STORE PRICE SCANNERS!This App SUCKS!! Don't waste your time with this garbage.

10. Hit or miss.My experience is not quite as bad as recent reviewers... this app got two of the three products I tested it on... 1) Hot Shot Bug Spray... 2) Equate Anti-Itch Continuous Spray... both were spot on.

1. Fix Barcode Scanner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Barcode Scanner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Barcode Scanner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Barcode Scanner" » Open Barcode Scanner for Walmart - » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Barcode Scanner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Barcode Scanner for Walmart - app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Barcode Scanner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Barcode Scanner for Walmart - " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Barcode Scanner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Barcode Scanner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Barcode Scanner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Barcode Scanner then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Barcode Scanner not working

2. Fix Barcode Scanner Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Barcode Scanner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Barcode Scanner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Barcode Scanner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
