The shipping charges are OUTRAGEOUS, and then they don't back up what they sell, so if you buy garbage you will get garbage and more than likely it will be broken in no time with resources to fix the issue!! I always wait until they have a free shipping period as well as at least some kind of sale from 40% to 20% off and free shipping.I love this app! 1. Fix Fingerhut Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fingerhut: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fingerhut App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fingerhut" » Open Fingerhut Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fingerhut » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fingerhut Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fingerhut servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fingerhut Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fingerhut app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fingerhut might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fingerhut. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fingerhut then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fingerhut not working
