1. Having all food, retail and service in one nice organized place is great! Love the order on the go ability, search and directions features.

2. I have uninstall and then reinstall the app just for my account to appear Additionally, my airport employee discount has not worked in my last 3 transaction and I cannot figure out why that is.I set up an account, but the app is useless.

3. This app would be nice if it gave you options to sign in when or if you forgot your password.I used this service through a QR code in the airport and I never got my food.

8. When trying to order, a pop-up gives to option to order, but the link is dead and I am unable to place an order.

9. Lately it keep giving me error messages when I try to log in and I never receive the reset emails for my password.Keeps me in a perpetual login loop.

10. I have been unable up login order after multiple attempts over the course of 1 hour.

11. and it shows an actual "in airport" photo of location, their phone number and operating hours.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Grab Issues

1. Fix Grab Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Grab: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Grab App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Grab" » Open Grab - Airport Mobile Ordering » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Grab » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Grab - Airport Mobile Ordering app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Grab servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Grab - Airport Mobile Ordering" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Grab app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Grab might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Grab. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Grab then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Grab not working


2. Fix Grab Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Grab be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Grab not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Grab may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
