Why should I report an Issue with xScan: Document Scanner?

So not today.I haven't used the program enough cuz I've only had it about 5 minutes since downloading it and taking one picture but so far so good if you guys have any programs like-minded in this program please contact me back I am a avid userI just downloaded and haven't tried it yet, because of the feedback I'm not going to try, and uninstalling, I'm not going to use an app that will going to interrupt me in using it properly, there are tons of free apps like this, or some with ads but not so aggressive, hey it's 2023 people hates ads, if your ads are aggressive they will hate your company.I don't know why the scanner app automatically took my money from my gcash without my permission.

2. 🤯WOW🤯 where has this app been all my adult life??😘Good app I didn't have a problem don't know why people saying it doesn't work like the Facebook ad but it does maybe they just don't know how to use it .don't know if i will keep it only because I would not use it but maybe once every 2 weeks or soThe App does not really do what it says it do on their facebook ad.

3. that was a ton of wasted time.The ad implies that the scanner is capable of scanning bent papers and cropping them correctly, but in reality, it doesn't even offer a manual way to scan bent papers.

4. You guys are terrible if you get money even without permission from what I thought was easy to earn, but then it just ends up in that useless scanner app.

5. This is misleading.I was looking to turn a picture of a resume into a pdf file but it jumbled everything up so badly that I lost several sections and it's probably going to take me an hour at least to get everything put in the right place.

6. the subscription trial broke, so I couldn't even USE the app to begin with, and trying to cancel/ restarting the trial makes me completely ineligible to get the free trial again.

7. if possible please return my money which is 1200 pesos I need the other payment for our electricity bill.

1. Fix xScan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart xScan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the xScan App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "xScan" » Open xScan: Document Scanner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for xScan » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear xScan: Document Scanner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from xScan servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "xScan: Document Scanner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check xScan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, xScan might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall xScan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall xScan then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing xScan not working

2. Fix xScan Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make xScan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to xScan not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, xScan may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
