Developers any update on this topic please, will be much appreciated?Was really good, but there is some sort of persistent "cortex scan, get it now" icon now covering the scan data at the bottom right of screen, it isn't a button that can be pressed why is it there??Hardly could read anything with it.

2. I only wish I could export the data using a standard format (.csv, etc)No data info after scan, I really liked the app but after recent update the picture taken and stored from the scan doesn't consist of any Data.

3. It only shows the picture were in the past it also highlighted the Data read from the scan.

1. Fix CortexScan Demo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CortexScan Demo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CortexScan Demo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CortexScan Demo" » Open CortexScan Demo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CortexScan Demo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CortexScan Demo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CortexScan Demo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CortexScan Demo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CortexScan Demo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CortexScan Demo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CortexScan Demo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CortexScan Demo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CortexScan Demo not working

2. Fix CortexScan Demo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CortexScan Demo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
