1. I tried contact customer service but not provided solution.The website contains a lot of well structured and useful content, but the app is almost unusable because of "Resource unavailable" error, need for manual sync and bad UI ergonomicsI have been using Mind Tools since 2011.

2. The links to other related articles or publications is also very helpful.The link they sent me to cancel crashes with the ff message: "We are sorry.... The page you are trying to reach isn't on our server." I cannot access my membership area where my details are stored and when I try to access via Google links it still crashes with the same message.

6. Stay well away!App description says "In-app purchase" but we cannot find link to signup for Mindtool monthly subscription.

7. It has content on a wide variety of topics and formats (articles, videos, questionnaire, infographics).

8. They don't have paypal enabled and Indian users cannot use Visa/Mastercard because Mindtools doesnt enable authentication for recurring payment.

10. Wish the site would have provided a variety of sign up options such as email among others.A collection of well written articles with lots of practical tips.

1. Fix Mind Tools Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mind Tools: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mind Tools App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mind Tools" » Open Mind Tools » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mind Tools » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mind Tools app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mind Tools servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mind Tools" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mind Tools app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mind Tools might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mind Tools. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mind Tools then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mind Tools not working

2. Fix Mind Tools Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mind Tools be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mind Tools not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mind Tools may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
