Update:bugs continue to ruin this app.unable to do a second round of exercise without force closing the app.cannot update progress because app fails to connect to facebook.great exercises but horrible app performance.0 starsI thought it would be easy but it wasn't, it won't let you rest so does the purpose.
2. You will achieve amazing results in a short time if you can be consistent.So lame! I paid for it and STILL have to watch ads!! And you can't do any of the extras - stats, tips, menus - unless you sign into facebook!! What a terrible bait and switch.Virtual content along with voice over is like your own personal coach right at your finger tips.
3. It would be great if it could sync with Google fitit's a great app except for tha fact that it don't give you the option to pause exercises so if i have to stop for few seconds it still will be counting other than that i like itSimple and easy to follow.
4. I recommend this app if you haven't worked out in a long time because the technique of the excercises aren't difficultI absolutely love the app.
5. Even when you want to work out just a specific part of your body, it makes sure every part stays in good shape.

7. 100%App crashing after every round of 5 minute cardio.Have to force close and open it again after every circuit.
