Very disappointing an frustrating.First timer, I choosed todirect transfer of money with the app...After 8 hours still the transaction not active, al called customer service and it was the worst experience ever,now I want to cancel it They told me I have to go to visit a physical branch!!? App missing required details, unprofessional customer service... And bad customer experiaceBetter rates in person.
2. I contacted them multiple times through chat to remove me from their email list, but they continue to spam me.I was trying to send money through your mobile app.
3. Or my device not supported to use this apps.. more than 10 time i have done correct process to creat account.
4. There is no option to send money in a different currency than the one used in that country i.e. send € to England.I would like to use this apps mostly.
5. Bank shows 213.850 I tried to find all branches contact numbers and called but none is picking up the call.
6. Phone customer service asked me to go to a branch.
7. The app charges a fixed amount of fees regardless of the amount you're trying to send.
8. But each time during log in direct going in menu...You have set limits for the amount which can be sent through the app.
9. Branch told me Euro is not supported on the app yet even though advertised.
10. Use other currency exchanges.Most of the times, it is cheaper to transfer from my own bank.
11. For my last 2 transactions, I got a communication error, and the transactions are pending without additional information.
