1. Works great for our small business! Really hope that guys make an option to be able to have category titles and group them together when printing the kitchen reciept! Hoping they can add a service charge to the total bill soon so that we don't have to add it manuallyLet me tell you something! Elated I found this app, went down a rabbit hole looking for a POS ,even completed intallation of few only to find out I'm resticted as I'm in carribean-which is dumb because thats a huge market for sales -I found loyverse through a menu app & I'm so gratefull Anyone can use it.

2. Keep up the great work!This is just awesome! I would love if the app would have the option to add a new item when the cashier scans a barcode which is not in system yet, instead of just alerting that the item is not found, it should ask if you want to add a new item with this barcode and this way the cashier won't have to go out of the ticket and come back.

Instead of typing a few letters & then clicking my choice(s), for some reason I have to click twice to be able to start typing and then I have to hit enter to have my options come up, which is very frustrating when I'm trying to ring up many items that start with the same few letters, taking twice as long.Our register died and we needed something fast.

4. The printer is connected but slow prints and doesn't print fully.Easy to set up and use, EXCEPT, that you can't take a customer name without saving the order first.

5. FREE POS system,can use your existing devices as a POS & KDS terminals, eliminating additional setup cost for new small business.

6. I've spent almost two decades in food service and this is just about as close as I've been able to get to the customized front end and back end POS systems you'd find with NCR and the like(that cost significantly more).

7. The only thing stopping me giving 5 stars, is the problem with syncing with a hoin thermal printer thru bluetooth.

8. Voiding receipts would require you to spend an hour chatting with support too bc doing it yourself just wouldnt work.

9. Downloaded several apps to test and Loyverse had so many features and was easy to set up and use, it was the easy choice.

10. Thanks!While we enjoy this app and utilize varios of the paid features, this last update 28-Ago, seems to have some glitches.

11. We especially like that we can use out tablet as a scanner and it was super easy to set up the receipt printer and import our inventory.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Loyverse POS Issues

1. Fix Loyverse POS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Loyverse POS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Loyverse POS App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Loyverse POS" » Open Loyverse POS - Point of Sale » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Loyverse POS » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Loyverse POS - Point of Sale app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Loyverse POS servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Loyverse POS - Point of Sale" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Loyverse POS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Loyverse POS might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Loyverse POS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Loyverse POS then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Loyverse POS not working


2. Fix Loyverse POS Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Loyverse POS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Loyverse POS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Loyverse POS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
