1. Thanks and appreciate your prompt assistance.Now i open this app can't update realtime and see notice "No Internet Connection" I try to delete the data on app but the notice see all time.Good and Simple but doesn't show the sales breakdown by payment type.

2. Needs to have a lot more reports options without having to go to the site all the time.It would be great if Dashboard have a Sales By Payment Type Report.

3. The pos system wasnt updating either but the guy we purchased it from came and factory reset it and it updated but the app and backoffice still has not updated even though i sign out and sign back in.Constantly getting "no internet connection" despite the fact that I have one.

4. Very very tiresome to go through this issue when I am busy at work.Been using the APP for a longtime now and was has always worked just fine but suddenly today when entering my email & password its saying the same is not valid (which is an incorrect statement).

5. Maybe you can add the report in summary section, when we click the summary, we have that detail of payment type.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Loyverse Dashboard Issues

1. Fix Loyverse Dashboard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Loyverse Dashboard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Loyverse Dashboard App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Loyverse Dashboard" » Open Loyverse Dashboard for POS » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Loyverse Dashboard » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Loyverse Dashboard for POS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Loyverse Dashboard servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Loyverse Dashboard for POS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Loyverse Dashboard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Loyverse Dashboard might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Loyverse Dashboard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Loyverse Dashboard then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Loyverse Dashboard not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Loyverse Dashboard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
