The only things you can do are 1- take a quiz that does absolutely nothing 2- take a picture of yourself and add a color filter that adds barely any color (it's like having a lamp next to you with a pink lampshade versus a purple one) and 3- look at a version of google maps that is considerably worse at everything Google maps is okay at.

2. When you pick a color, nothing happens.What a disappointment!!! Now I understand the extremely low rating which I completely ignored, only because of this being 'L'Oreal' (a higher-priced brand which you expect more from...) It does not upload the picture properly.

3. It looks like what happens when you go over your hair with a coloured brush on photoshop and add a filter to it, except a human hand would remember not to colour in all the surroundings too! I even used a white background to give the app a chance.

4. Furthermore, the models and the hair overlays are horribly photoshopped.Does not work & not user friendly.

5. From what I could tell there were not many options to adjust my photo either e.g. resize/align/indicate where my features were, which made it hard to actually visualise the desired changes/filters the app is intended for.This app is very hard to understand.

6. The camera was incredible laggy and you basically need to use a selfie stick to get your face in the tiny oval that is the face guide.There was also no instruction whatsoever as to how to use the app.

7. Oval for placing face in the Try A Style is unnatural and forces you in a strange posing position.

8. Also will not let your photo be properly centered in the face marker so the styles that are given for option are useless.

9. Cannot move or adjust picture size when you eventually get to the picture you want and have selected it.

10. If you have 3000 photos, you need to scroll through all to get to a picture you want.

1. Fix Style My Hair Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Style My Hair: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Style My Hair App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Style My Hair" » Open Style My Hair: Discover Your N » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Style My Hair » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Style My Hair: Discover Your N app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Style My Hair servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Style My Hair: Discover Your N" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Style My Hair app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Style My Hair might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Style My Hair. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Style My Hair then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Style My Hair not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Style My Hair be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
