1. Also all the fees u get charged for is incredibly ridiculous!! I shouldn't be charged $6 to return my payment that didn't go thru bc yalls app don't workI have signed up for notifications via SMS for almost everything including when bill is due, but doesn't notify on all...The app was working fine for a long while, but in the past month it just won't let me log in anymore, and some features won't work on the website.

2. So everytime I pay my bill on the app and I use my acct number and routing number about 4days later it is returned back that it was not paid which is another charge for coming back to me and the money is in my acct and the acct number and routing number IS correct.

1. Fix LG&E, KU and ODP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LG&E, KU and ODP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LG&E, KU and ODP App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LG&E, KU and ODP" » Open LG&E, KU and ODP » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LG&E, KU and ODP » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LG&E, KU and ODP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LG&E, KU and ODP servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LG&E, KU and ODP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LG&E, KU and ODP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LG&E, KU and ODP might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LG&E, KU and ODP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LG&E, KU and ODP then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LG&E, KU and ODP not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LG&E, KU and ODP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
