I just did an order, and they requested to make the request with handwriting as if we were back with centuries, and they deducted money at the same time, rejecting the orderI used the app more than 3 times and it works just fine but, the app shuts down frequently on weekly basis probably for maintenance im not sure and it is annoying actually.You can't redeem a gift card, even if you redeem it you can't use the balance unless you have the same purchases amount, you can't top up or add a new gift card once one is added.

The first before I was done with the payment I decided to cancel it and go after the offers one which I ordered and paid for however I received a whatsapp msg stating that my order was paid by another agent and I must pay for it, I told them the situation and to cancel it but their solution was blocking account.

1. Fix LikeCard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

3. Clear LikeCard: Gift & Games Cards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LikeCard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LikeCard: Gift & Games Cards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LikeCard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LikeCard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LikeCard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LikeCard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LikeCard not working

2. Fix LikeCard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LikeCard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LikeCard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LikeCard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
