1. At the time of booking they give the option of express delivery, after charging they themselves change the time slot and don't even it take any cancellation!! Total FraudI was about to place an order when the customer care executive called up saying about giving a discount.

2. Of agents or deliver person it is against their policy,... You have to just assume and pray that they will deliver., they also don't have in built separated things such as telling that product has reached the nearest station or xyz .. you will find these things in Flipkart..., ... , Don't install it if you don't want to loose or feel frustrated.STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP It's really a shame on fnp not delivering the product at the promised day.

3. All they want is money every product is overpriced that's okay but atleast you have to be careful with the quality of product if you're charging too much..... Not recommending to anyone.... If you want to waste your money and time than use this... Thanks.Poor service .

4. Can we replace with a random thing? You are in gifting business not in random delivery.Worst app, no point of contact after the order.

5. Every time I enquire about my order and they have a standard reply without any attempt to deliver faster.

6. I paid extra for the specific time delivery and yet you couldn't deliver it in time.

7. Worst customer support who were trying to compensate you with a Cadbury Celebrations box after ruining your day, time and money.

8. I raised it to the customer care, they won't even entertain your request of cancellation, even after they failed to deliver at the promised day.Only cheating.

9. They call up as soon as you add something in the cart and don't let customers view the available options, confusing them while placing the order.

10. I was new to the app and after placing the order at 10% discount while the executive was online, I realised that I could have received 20% discount as it was my 1st order.

1. Fix FNP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FNP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FNP App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FNP" » Open FNP: Gifts, Flowers, Cakes App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FNP » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FNP: Gifts, Flowers, Cakes App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FNP servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FNP: Gifts, Flowers, Cakes App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FNP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FNP might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FNP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FNP then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FNP not working

2. Fix FNP Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FNP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FNP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FNP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
