1. I have become more and more disappointedIn response to the reply from mizu: I can't send you the order number because after it wasn't delivered, after I attempted to communicate with the vendor, and after I made a complaint and asked for a refund .... the order disappeared from my account.

2. Unbelievable value.They ruined my anniversary, an order was placed a week in advance just for them to call me on delivery date to tell me they didnt have it.

3. Will not recommend this app at all, agents lack empathy and did not care about my order.The app itself is fine, it is very user friendly! The reason I gave a low rating is for the lack of product that is available at the local level.

4. The Prices are between 1/3 & 1/4 of the cost of other online florists and they charge delivery on top of the cost of the flowers and most don't include a vase as part of the purchase.

5. They have provided a first class, friendly and efficient service and I have no hesitation in recommending them , no matter what language you order in ! I shall use them again next month.

6. Lately however, the quality of the flowers has become worse, the cards are not always printed, and yesterday, the order simply wasn't fulfilled.

1. Fix LolaFlora Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LolaFlora: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LolaFlora App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LolaFlora" » Open LolaFlora - Mexico » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LolaFlora » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LolaFlora - Mexico app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LolaFlora servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LolaFlora - Mexico" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LolaFlora app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LolaFlora might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LolaFlora. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LolaFlora then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LolaFlora not working

2. Fix LolaFlora Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LolaFlora be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LolaFlora not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LolaFlora may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
