1. In order to create my account with the email I wanted to use, I had to click on forgot password and set a new password even though the account was new.~My Favorite, I love these People! ~ Best in Price, "Personality", Service, and Products.

2. Great for presents for people with so much themes to choose from.The email confirmation doesn't work and the contact us button just takes you to a different website called Snapfish.

3. I signed up for a business account and already put my payment method in and then a few days later I tried to start selling and literally they wasn't giving me the option to.

4. Thank God I didn't have any money in my card because everything would've been stolen.Well made, has many shirts for all types of themes, plenty of selection to choose from in color, size, and variety of designs for even a specific theme.

6. This website is a scam and ya'll need to let me delete [or close] my account.

7. If you don't already have an account it is literally impossible to make one.I have only just downloaded the app but I have shopped with and placed quite a few orders for myself as well as helped others order from them.

9. BUT, members/designers can't access stats, reports, design creation or anything related to their account.

10. Everytime i tried to look at items, the app would automatically take me to another category that i wasn't looking at.

1. Fix CafePress Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CafePress: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CafePress App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CafePress" » Open CafePress - Personalized Gifts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CafePress » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CafePress - Personalized Gifts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CafePress servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CafePress - Personalized Gifts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CafePress app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CafePress might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CafePress. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CafePress then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CafePress not working

2. Fix CafePress Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CafePress be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CafePress not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CafePress may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
