1. It also tends to open crome in the background and put you on bad websites while your completing a task.Literally does not work! I downloaded several apps and followed the directions precisely and never received the "Nanas" therefore was never able to receive any rewards (aka free gift cards) furthermore rendering this app completely pointless and huge waste of time and energy.
2. I think the apps they offer rewards for doing stuff in needs to be more frequent and they need to last longer than a short window on a certain day.Probably the worst app I've tried for earning gift cards.
3. I think it's a great app and it actually works but I definitely think they need to have more ways for you to earn points especially when all the rewards cost so much.
4. Also the history tracker doesn't work so theres no way to check previous progress.Bad app tries to lead you to different sites to get viruses.
5. There are much much easier ways to earn gift cards.DOES NOT PAYOUT.
6. I have no means to contact support in cases of offers that take a relatively long time to complete (more than 1 day).It is basically a some kind of clickbait app.
7. If you want to buy the cheapest gift card you have to earn 160000 point.
8. It will also have a crash whenever you complete a task so you don't earn points.
9. The amount of money earned per ad or game is pathetic and the requirements to get the points from games often take weeks to obtain.
10. The only way I could earn was through the random video I got and they rarely credited me with Nana's.
11. Do not use this app it's a waste of time.I know this app is legit as I have claimed a gift-card myself.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix AppNana Issues
1. Fix AppNana Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart AppNana: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the AppNana App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AppNana" » Open AppNana: Gift Cards Rewards » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AppNana » click "UPDATE".
- Clear AppNana: Gift Cards Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AppNana servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AppNana: Gift Cards Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check AppNana app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AppNana might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall AppNana. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AppNana then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AppNana not working
2. Fix AppNana Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AppNana be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AppNana not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AppNana may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I have a problem with the appnana app
I have 15,825 nanas, and it has stopped completely, even the video no longer gives points, nothing gives points.
From friend codes that have more than 15,000 nana is not possible, it always comes out that either I or a friend does not have 15,000, which is incorrect.
Many are complaining about the same problem, so please tell me if the application works or not, if you can fix it if there is a problem.
