1. It's a scam.Used to be 5 stars but now it's only worth 2 I've had this for around 2 months and watched hundreds of ads to get a csgo skin pack right? I bought it and guess what, I got some cheapy game so I decided I'll cash it into gems (it's a choice) I cashed in and guess what IT GAVE ME NO GEMS AND TOOK THE CARD AWAY / support fixed this problem 3 stars for how quick they answered BUT from what I've read in all the reviews everyone has only been getting cheap steam games instead of csgo skinsGood app but there partner tapjoy refused to credit me for completing an offer said my device or ip violated there terms of service what a bunch of scammers I got another email from them recently saying something else that I didn't install it through the loot boy app even though I did .

Gj Tapjoy!This is a decent app U can get pretty neat games out of it I kept my expectations low cause u can't expect to get something good every single time Something I learnt after playing gacha games U get free games and sometimes steam wallet codes and other stuff I think it's worth the try Give it a go and see what u get Try ur luck Can't complain I didn't spend a single dimeI did receive my loot ticket it is almost a week and i also reported to the contact support but noting.😞 Its not good at all avoid it at all cost 😕The chances of getting something good are so low it's actually terrible.Premium cards are literally just a bunch of third world steam games that nobody's heard of.

To be honest, the app is really great, the comics are funny, the arts are great, and I'm sure that the painters made alot of effort doing this, and the offers are fantastic (10$ for 10 packs with 10 games is my favourite offer), but the vast majority of the tasks are difficult if not impossible to perform, in addition to the codes that don't work.

All these exquisite prizes are a jokeQuite disappointed, the way it is advertised is quite annoying, i gained some 125 gems and went to open a steam card, expecting 5$ or more, rather than that i get some steam game i don't care about, and can't do anything with, and i strongly believe this is what 90% of people that unboxed this package got aswell.

The giveaways are nothing body lottery tickets, you can't get anything worth while from diamond pulls as it takes forever to get enough for just 1 of the diamond required packs, and to top it all off all of the responses I've read from the owners or creators of this app repost the same types of responses, this app isn't worth the investment to use.

6. If you like watching 30 daily adds, getting irrelevant gifts for irrelevant games, playing most tedious, most annoying games out there then go for it.

7. I first saw this as an exciting way to get games plus get some freebies, then i started to use my own money to buy ingame purchase that is monthly premium.

8. I ratevthis app 1 star because they also fool you with the offers you complete! Yeah compamy messes up by giving too much diamond offer to people so they are just declining all people offers from Sky rectangles.

1. Fix LootBoy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LootBoy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LootBoy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LootBoy" » Open LootBoy: Packs. Drops. Games. » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LootBoy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LootBoy: Packs. Drops. Games. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LootBoy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LootBoy: Packs. Drops. Games." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LootBoy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LootBoy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LootBoy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LootBoy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LootBoy not working

2. Fix LootBoy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LootBoy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LootBoy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LootBoy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
