Why should I report an Issue with KPN VoiceMail?

1. Will change provider asap.I'm afraid I have to rate it one star because though it sounds perfect for what I want, it says it's not compatible with my UK mobile number... would really welcome the opportunity to re-rate it by actually being able to use it!I have two sim cards.

2. I'll assume that you could make this work somehow and changed my rating as it's probably something simple interfering too.Doesn't work well with dual sim phones.

3. Why can't it just stick to the sim previously activated on?The screen stays on when you hold the phone to your ear to hear a message, so then buttons are pressed by mistake.

4. Voice mail doesn't download and it takes days after setting up a contract before I can a call.

5. Asks me every time to allow it to run at background, but I've already given this allowance and the app doesn't see it while not allowing me to proceed.

6. Can you finally fix this please.Not available for my number, wouldn't try on a regular Note 8 & single Sim, but thanks for trying to help.

7. Definite improvement over the old system of calling a number and navigating the menus by ear.It's literally unusable.

9. I'm no longer needing this app as I fixed the issue with low audio on xfinity voicemail which caused me to look for an alternative by clearing cache on all sound/audio apps.

10. This app just says it is not good for my phone number.

11. Update: Works a bit better now on dual sims, but if you switch to the other sim card the app asked to activate that.

1. Fix KPN VoiceMail Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KPN VoiceMail: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KPN VoiceMail App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KPN VoiceMail" » Open KPN VoiceMail » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KPN VoiceMail » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KPN VoiceMail app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KPN VoiceMail servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KPN VoiceMail" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KPN VoiceMail app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KPN VoiceMail might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KPN VoiceMail. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KPN VoiceMail then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KPN VoiceMail not working

2. Fix KPN VoiceMail Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KPN VoiceMail be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KPN VoiceMail not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KPN VoiceMail may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
