1. Most be the latest update as it doesn't give an option to update.Okay, Cricket Visual Voicemail could use some real improvement - it's impossible to read the messages as the program needs updating or improving.

2. *The app is updated to current version, and, I tried clearing the cache and data before posting.App was working fine until recently (my current version is 2.8.6) but now, same as most of the recent reviews in here, the option to listen to voicemails is indeed broken.

1. Fix Cricket Visual Voicemail Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cricket Visual Voicemail: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cricket Visual Voicemail App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cricket Visual Voicemail" » Open Cricket Visual Voicemail » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cricket Visual Voicemail » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cricket Visual Voicemail app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cricket Visual Voicemail servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cricket Visual Voicemail" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cricket Visual Voicemail app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cricket Visual Voicemail might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cricket Visual Voicemail. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cricket Visual Voicemail then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cricket Visual Voicemail not working
