1. Most be the latest update as it doesn't give an option to update.Okay, Cricket Visual Voicemail could use some real improvement - it's impossible to read the messages as the program needs updating or improving.

1. Restart Cricket Visual Voicemail: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cricket Visual Voicemail App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cricket Visual Voicemail" » Open Cricket Visual Voicemail » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cricket Visual Voicemail » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cricket Visual Voicemail app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cricket Visual Voicemail servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cricket Visual Voicemail" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
