1. Most be the latest update as it doesn't give an option to update.Okay, Cricket Visual Voicemail could use some real improvement - it's impossible to read the messages as the program needs updating or improving.
2. *The app is updated to current version, and, I tried clearing the cache and data before posting.App was working fine until recently (my current version is 2.8.6) but now, same as most of the recent reviews in here, the option to listen to voicemails is indeed broken.
3. And recently, my voice-mails have even started overlapping each other, with the text from new messages getting buried under text from an old message.
4. What a waste of memory on my phone!UPDATE: I have finally discovered why I am not getting anything! Do note that wifi MUST BE OFF!! This allows the data streaming to work with the cell service to upload the voicemails.
5. I like being able to read and hear messages at the same time but I want messages to be appear within an hour!!! There were a few other messages that appeared this afternoon that were days late.
6. Also when it was working on a previous version of Android on my old phone, it would randomly pause the message a few seconds in.
7. Repeat the process however many times to get the full message.Doesn't work on my new phone at all.
8. I only have 6 saved messages, but it's important that I keep them.Giving it 3 stars for now and if it continues to work properly I'll raise it.
9. Verizon had perfect VVM so I know it's doable - but Cricket has been good for us overall (way better cost!)Edit: Moved from 1 to 2 stars since it is working a little better.
10. However, I am now experiencing voicemail messages being received, but are never there.
11. However, I did like the convenience of accessing my voicemail messages from the app, but that no longer works.
