1. On the tv version it's so hard to skip forwards or back a recording quickly! Impossible to play back a show that has just finished, only much later the show can be played back... ! Casting to chrome cast stopped working after initial cast succeeded once, not stable! Long scroll to find e.g. CNN channel, channel numbers cannot be used.

2. Some channels can be seen live but it all comes with errors, buts and can'ts.Tv guide and live view are intuitive and work well with Chromecast.

3. Adding to that, not all channels have a program description nor have the option the watch missed programs (RTV-7 f.e.). Which is specially a nuisance when you want to keep up with news from abroad.

4. Once going back and reenter the guide you can start the scroll fromthe top once again.I can schedule a recording from anyplace at anytime.

5. The guide takes up way more space than needed on 4k and there doesn't seem to be an option to continue playback while looking at the guide.

6. How about you remove the big green recording button in stead of making me feel like a fool for ticking it each time.

7. Changing channels is slow, but made slower by forcing you to wait several seconds in case you wanted to type more than one number.

8. Not very user friendly.New version (since yesterday) doesn't work on Phillips android TV.

9. There is no personal data that requires extra protection and I have better things to do with my brain power than remembering my KPN password, so I shouldn't have to look it up every 2nd time I use this app.

10. Not the previous channel button yet though.It works well on a smartphone but terrible on an android-tv device.

11. But how difficult can it be to start a video? Or give an error with actual information in stead of "An error occurred while starting the video".

1. Fix KPN iTV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KPN iTV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KPN iTV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KPN iTV" » Open KPN iTV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KPN iTV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KPN iTV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KPN iTV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KPN iTV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KPN iTV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KPN iTV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KPN iTV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KPN iTV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KPN iTV not working

2. Fix KPN iTV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KPN iTV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KPN iTV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KPN iTV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
