1. my default voicemail app stopped working, so I tried several other apps many of which didn't work at all, or were not USER friendly! if you want an easy to Use VISUAL VOICEMAIL app, that just works, this is it!!! Try it now, it's AWESOME, and you're gonna LOVE IT!!! The support team is GREAT, if you have any trouble just click "help" and leave a text.

2. It can transcribe most voicemails to text to read instead of listen (it's a few cents to do this each time, I have had dozens of voicemails transcribed in the past couple years of using this service and I still spent less than $5).

3. and no, i'm not going to reinstall the program as it won't even notify me of incoming missed calls as per advertised.I really wanted to like this app, as anything else would be better than the stock T-Mobile VM app, but the fact that you have to purchase credits in order to transcribe voice messages is a deal breaker for me.
