1. Why doesn't any of the voicemail apps have the option to say there is no voicemail password? It's a known option to not make a password/pin on your voicemail so why not have the option for it in the app so we can use it? Ridiculous.It keeps telling me that my protocol settings are wrongI spent 45 minutes on the phone the other day and then just hung up today I just spent 32 minutes on the phone and done everything I was told to do and all I get is protocol set up are wrongNeeds a Temporary hold area for deleted messages to be recovered.

2. Not worth itThis is an old version of voicemail that will not work on the newer androids they should take it nowI cannot even get mine to even work.

1. Fix Voicemail Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Voicemail: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Voicemail App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Voicemail" » Open Voicemail » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Voicemail » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Voicemail app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Voicemail servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Voicemail" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Voicemail app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Voicemail might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Voicemail. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Voicemail then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Voicemail not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Voicemail be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Voicemail not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Voicemail may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
