1. I'm going to have to track my readings manually, which is fine, but what's the point of the app? Update 5/2/20: the device is still timing out before syncing even after the latest app version release.I am just getting ready to re-install the app for the 3rd time since the last 2 updates.
2. *facepalm* I can't wait to try it out! Will update again later once I've used it a bit, AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE I'm not sure why but I can't get my phone to sync! I watched the how to video on the website, the blue light flashes, and the devise shows up in my bluetooth settings.
3. But when I try to sync it says "connection error"I had some issues with the new meter and strips, and thought that once I spent some time with support to get those solved, everything would be fine.
4. I am not sure if upgrading to the new meter would be a good thing or only make matters worse.*Updated (5/4/2020) Developer replied very quickly and their suggestion worked; I needed to make sure location services is running when syncing.
5. The meter itself works okay (although I preferred the older model, honestly), but if you're looking for a complete solution (app and meter) look elsewhere, as I'm going to do as soon as I finish the strips that were bundled with the upgraded meter.When I first got the app, I noted two bugs.
6. On the whole, the entire Keto-Mojo team- from customer service to developers- has been exceptional!Edit: it doesnt update any new readings, will only show the first day I used it.
7. Since my husband and I share a meter, it'd be nice to separate our readings from each other.I struggled to connect for a long time.

9. (5/4/2020) Unable to sync to my phone (LG G6) using the Bluetooth feature.
10. Yes, I can see the meter listed under listing of bluetooth devices available on the phone settings.
11. Second, my most recent readings weren't showing after a sync.
