1. btw I had noticed it before reading some of the reviews but especially noticed after... but the app does have a few cool features like the find my fone ring option ...I got the hybrid watch as a gift and the over all look of the watch is beautiful but it doesnt stay connected to the app for more than a day at a time.
2. Watch itself is pretty and ice but those funky options (aside from the goal and step tracking) so far seem useless upon first week of use.Marginal at best...the watch tracks most steps, but not consistently, and sleep tracking is not good.
3. When I first got the watch it seemed to stay connected around 90% of the time but after about eight months it started dropping the connection more regularly and now, at about a year, I'm lucky if it connects at all.
4. The watch hands no longer move to show me which app is alerting me, the vibrations are no longer different between apps, and worst of all, the phone call vibration only shows up when I miss a call.
5. If I'm expecting a call, I need my volume on... I have this watch so I can keep my phone on silent! Been working with their app support but no updates since mid-May.
6. Very disappointing.I love the watch, but the app is very basic and I noticed that the step count and potentially the sleep monitor are inaccurate.
7. At first I thought it was a dead battery, though the watch hands were stuck at 10:00 instead of the usual position when the battery is dead.
8. Just to compare the reading for my usual hike on Google fitness is 7804 steps for 5 km and the watch app says 6874 with 4 km.
9. I unpaired the watch and now it will not repair - nothing happens when I try to put it in pairing mode. Most features no longer work after I updated app last year.
10. You would think for the price you pay for the watch that over year after everyone's watches stopped working that they would have at least tried to resolve the issue.
11. I don't know how it's useful to set up notifications where the watch buzzes as the phone is already buzzing so it makes no sense.
