1. I have call for the same, emails for the same, go to golden time watch store, fossil service center, but still issue is not resolved.
2. Needs to have changeable button functions (ie not fixed assignments for top button), and to have different functions like fossil hybrid given same company owns chaps! Also, mode button doesn't actually work to indicate alarm, second time zone, date.
3. Costumer support has been great so far trying to help...Poor watch, it's service, this app also poor not notified all notification in updated mobile version.
4. I bought Chaps watch for my wife on 30-05-2019, issue is not notified me call notification in watch today is 21-08-2019 still not resolve.
5. Also, once disconnected, from watch, usually reconnects once back in range but occasionally wehn this doesn't happen, the entire app has to be reinstalled to relink.i recently purchased the Chaps analog smart watch.
6. after I turn bluetooth off everything works fine againThe application isn't that easy to use and drains the battery heavily, apart from that the watch and everything else is amazing.
7. Chaps watch gift by my husband but he is busy after buying this watch to repair or resolution for notification.
8. However, I recently discovered that the app requires location permissions which is an absolute no go.Very bad service, watch, application al the thinks.
9. Waste of my money and my time.When I have bluetooth connected to the watch it screws my s9 up.
10. Great looking watch, and it is nice not to have to charge it every night.
