1. But the app and Bluetooth sync are orrible .... Please do something, I have to cross my finger everytime hoping it will work, but mostly of the time it doesn't 😔 it make me CRAZY guys 😅It syncs data from the watch fine but now the app crashes right after syncing, or even after about 30 seconds of viewing stats.

2. Awesome watch, total garbage app.App syncs once with the watch when initially setting it up, which tells me that it WILL sync.. but then never wants to after that.. Annoying, frustrating and time consuming trying to get it to play ball.. Disappointing.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TIMEX Connected Issues

1. Fix TIMEX Connected Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TIMEX Connected: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TIMEX Connected App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TIMEX Connected" » Open TIMEX Connected » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TIMEX Connected » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TIMEX Connected app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TIMEX Connected servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TIMEX Connected" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TIMEX Connected app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TIMEX Connected might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TIMEX Connected. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TIMEX Connected then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TIMEX Connected not working


2. Fix TIMEX Connected Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TIMEX Connected be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TIMEX Connected not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TIMEX Connected may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
