1. But the app and Bluetooth sync are orrible .... Please do something, I have to cross my finger everytime hoping it will work, but mostly of the time it doesn't 😔 it make me CRAZY guys 😅It syncs data from the watch fine but now the app crashes right after syncing, or even after about 30 seconds of viewing stats.
2. Awesome watch, total garbage app.App syncs once with the watch when initially setting it up, which tells me that it WILL sync.. but then never wants to after that.. Annoying, frustrating and time consuming trying to get it to play ball.. Disappointing.
3. Very unhappily.Brand new watch, loaded the app, went through the setup routine finally get a message that the watch battery power is too low for it to sync...... WHAT? Update April 2022.
4. When I need to monitor fitness, I'll stay with my Garmin!Brand new watch, out of the box... Syncing to set up and cannot complete - the battery needs replacing before I can do anything else? Really Timex, kinda crappy.
5. Had a new battery fitted in the watch, managed to sync with the app, worked for 2 days then got the same message about battery power being too low to sync.
6. The only trick I've found that works with any sort of regularity is turning both the phone and watch off and back on, and then attempting to sync.
7. Thankfully i was able to return the watch, but Im disappointed because timex seems to be the only one to produce backlit ones.
8. The app refused to connect to the watch minutes after I unwrapped the watch because allegedly the battery was too low on the brand new watch.
9. I want to like the watch, but not being able to use its functionality is disappointing.
10. Cannot even begin to enjoy the watch.I couldnt even select my watch (IQ+move).
11. I have to conclude that either the watch or the app (or both) are simply rubbish. The Metropolitan watch is great, I absolutely love it.
