Microlife Connected Health Customer Insights

1. Purchased from an endcap at COSTCO mostly for the added feature of Bluetooth. The application performs well as far as it goes, I think it can go much further to provide and improve features such as, graphics and charting documentation for medical records.

2. Side note: if you have the BP3GY1-2N model sold by Costco and it's rejecting the Bluetooth connection, try holding down the start button until it displays "CLR PR" and try again.

3. It then switches to a screen that appears to show a Bluetooth sync in previous, which never stops - it just sits there on that screen forever.

4. I look forward to greater improvements in the future.Won't sync with my BP monitor, gives some cryptic message about profiles not matching between device and app, and then asks if I want to "overwrite" the profile on my device.

5. Other times the button will show and the Bluetooth icon on the monitor will start blinking fast...and then the app will refresh to the home page.

6. I'm an engineer and have written cell phone apps (and Bluetooth drivers), but I can't for the life of me get this app to do something useful.

7. Too many settings on devices to make this simple for non tech individuals.I read the instructions booklet and followed the apps tutorials, but couldn't get past selecting the device and pairing.

8. COMPLETELY UNUSABLE - STAY AWAY.Getting the app to work took a bit of time and effort, although this could have easily been the device it hooks up to.

9. Bluetooth would initially connect but would never sync any data.

10. To be fair, it could be the hardware is terrible but no way of knowing. This app is unusable, not able to add or modify profiles because selection buttons are 'off screen'.

11. I've used other BP monitors that creates more detailed data however, with a little creative ingenuity I was able to use the notes window to work around this issue.
