MyHealthConnected Customer Insights

1. The manual, which was supplied with the watch, cites that the app would allow the watch to set alarms, activate "night mode", view text and call notifications, and even change the display settings.

2. I have only used it for the sleep function but recorded data will disappear after a few hours and change and there's no consistency in the records.

3. I am surprised at how accurate the sleep tracker is, it's Amazing!! This Zewa exercise band is surprisingly affordable & low priced.

4. That sounds like a lot but the manual states that the device can also detect and record running, yoga, walking, gym, cycling, swimming, and basketball, football, badminton, ping-pong, volleyball, as well as act like a stopwatch.and report weather.

5. To consistently get the Steps data to transfer to your phone, you'll need to use the app on the phone and unpair from the device and then reconnect.

6. Since the time change my watch is 4 hours behind.

7. In the manual, there's no mention of Sleep tracking or weight tracking but yet these items still display on the app, not the device.

8. I can't get connected to change time and the watch has no other way to change it.

9. (By purchase I am referring to the Zewa data watch not to the free app itself.

10. The app shows STEPS, SLEEP, BLOOD PRESSURE, AND WEIGHT categories and that's it.

11. The only data this thing will record are your steps, heart rate, and calories burned, and distance traveled.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyHealthConnected Issues

1. Fix MyHealthConnected Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyHealthConnected: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyHealthConnected App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyHealthConnected" » Open MyHealthConnected » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyHealthConnected » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyHealthConnected app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyHealthConnected servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyHealthConnected" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyHealthConnected app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyHealthConnected might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyHealthConnected. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyHealthConnected then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyHealthConnected not working


2. Fix MyHealthConnected Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyHealthConnected be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyHealthConnected not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyHealthConnected may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
