Why should I report an Issue with Report & Run - Photo Pdf?

As a future addition, I'd love the chance to run reports of certain items from a list - I use it for snagging and it would be good to run updated reports showing outstanding items and leave completed items off - or a tick box to show it's completed which adds a watermark over the picture maybe? At present I have to send individual photos for each issue, or delete items from the original list to share updates.Useful app when required.

2. Compression of pdf is very good giving good quality photos.This is a great app and everything you need on a photo report.

6. I do feel that the premium version should have alot more formatting options and maybe they can add a customizable section where you add your issue based tag in.. Currently i only see construction issue and house issue.

1. Fix Report & Run Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Report & Run: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Report & Run App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Report & Run" » Open Report & Run - Photo Pdf » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Report & Run » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Report & Run - Photo Pdf app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Report & Run servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Report & Run - Photo Pdf" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Report & Run app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Report & Run might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Report & Run. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Report & Run then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Report & Run not working

2. Fix Report & Run Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Report & Run be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Report & Run not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Report & Run may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
