FYI I was able to get my account by resetting my network connection, changing my pw, and logging on chromeThe free part of the app is pretty decent and works pretty well, and so I decided to try out the premium plan to see who could view my profile as the algorithm which they promised was 'very good'.

I've deleted it.I accidentally hit the button to upgrade to Pro yearly for $59.99, or $4.99 a month when exploring the options on your app (most at which the purchase page pops up everytime to buy"Pro"), I tried cancelling before it went through but it kept going & it said I was "Subscribed", I went and immediately unsubscribed as soon as it went through with hopes that maybe it didnt process, but $64.19 was processed on my card.

3. Stick to the free plan - avoid the premium!I purchased this for the purpose of quickly unfollowing people and after 3 minutes, stopped working.

4. You will also notice that in their review responses lol.DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!!! I did, and it was working fine untill suddenly out of the blue it logged me out of my account, and I couldn't get back in.

5. Right after downloading I got a security alert and foolishly looked past it, but yesterday (a week after downloading) I posted a photo and the app started flashing a white tab repeatedly while saying the feed couldn't be refreshed.

6. KEEP AWAY! Instagrams process to retrieve the account is also broken, I just lost my account and I can't even find anyone who can help.

7. Using the free version, you are capable of doing the same things as the actual instagram app, so it is unnecessary.

8. I tried opening the instagram app, but all it did was ask for my phone# to send a security code, and when I entered it it didn't do anything.

9. It really did work great and I was able to see who followed blocked and viewed my account.

10. In my experience and from testing with a few friends the algorithm is very weak and only picks up if people view your profile straight after following you.

1. Fix Followers Manager Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Followers Manager: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Followers Manager App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Followers Manager" » Open Followers Manager: Reports » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Followers Manager » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Followers Manager: Reports app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Followers Manager servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Followers Manager: Reports" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Followers Manager app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Followers Manager might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Followers Manager. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Followers Manager then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Followers Manager not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Followers Manager be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Followers Manager not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
