1. I like the fact that it reminds you of how much time you have left to reach your goal/ hourly requirement, but maybe the display of the entire report could be improved, the previous one was good but maybe thats just me, otherwise thank for the work n thought put into it.Love this app.

Please one problem I am facing as an individual is when using the app sometime it will close by itself and the time will stop running so for me to remember the actual hour and minute to add manually is a very big problem for me thus make me sometimes to use different app instead of service report plus.

1. Fix Service Reports+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Service Reports+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Service Reports+ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Service Reports+" » Open Service Reports+ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Service Reports+ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Service Reports+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Service Reports+ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Service Reports+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Service Reports+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Service Reports+ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Service Reports+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Service Reports+ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Service Reports+ not working

2. Fix Service Reports+ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Service Reports+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Service Reports+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Service Reports+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
