1. I've had and been paying for this app for about 6 months now and just recently it has started to log me out, out of the app and out of my Instagram account.It's a good app, but I'm getting temporary locked out of my account many times so far, for suspicious activity.

2. If my account is compromised again, I'll return and correct my observations.Fourth month using this and I have been getting error messages for two weeks.

3. When it showed people that were "viewing my profile" One of the accounts it showed was my boyfriends but I knew for a fact he hasn't been logged in in a very long time.

4. Not worth the risk.It is so great and this app would be even better if it showed the date of when someone viewed my account and showed who views my highlights.

5. When I attempted to log back in, my Instagram account was locked due to suspicious activity.

6. I don't click on hyperlinks, open messages from folks I don't know, or otherwise expose myself to phishing but within my time with this app, my password has been compromised 3 times.

7. Avoid it at all costs!Changed from a 5 star to 1 star , IG will flag and lock your account even if you add it as a trusted device .

8. I've visited my sight with a different account and nothing ever showed up.

9. Now turned into an ad machine, sometimes leading me to download malicious apps from Google Play.Worked great.

10. And then someone attempted to hack my Instagram account.

11. You'll get a notification from Google Play saying you're still on the subscription, and if you want to cancel.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Yupi Issues

1. Fix Yupi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Yupi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Yupi App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yupi" » Open Yupi - Reports for Instagram » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yupi » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Yupi - Reports for Instagram app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yupi servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yupi - Reports for Instagram" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Yupi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yupi might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Yupi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yupi then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yupi not working


2. Fix Yupi Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yupi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Yupi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Yupi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I’ve been sending emails with proof and i’m not getting ANY response which is SO FRUSTRATING !! I WOULD LIKE A REFUND !!!! and my subscription CANCELLED !!!!!!!! why the app took my money i don’t know . i did not mean to subscribe to ANYTHING ON YOUR APP ! i don’t want anything to do with the app , i requested a refund and still no response !!!! i’m not happy AT ALL WITH THIS !!
