eVoice Customer Insights

1. And lastly, support service is almost non existent.We have been using eVoice for a number of years and we are very pleased with the system.

2. We are very satisfy with our choice.I spoke to support last week because I have evoice on my Samsung S23 Ultra.

3. Extensions and Users and Attendants and Voice Mails and Numbers and Routing.. A messOverall eVoice is a good service, but the application is beyond pathetic.

4. There is also a noticeable delay on the line which is frustrating.Not a bad app for the price of the internet service, but limited on some expectation of phone services.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix eVoice Issues

1. Fix eVoice Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart eVoice: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the eVoice App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "eVoice" » Open eVoice — Business Phone Line » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for eVoice » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear eVoice — Business Phone Line app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from eVoice servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "eVoice — Business Phone Line" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check eVoice app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, eVoice might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall eVoice. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall eVoice then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing eVoice not working


2. Fix eVoice Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make eVoice be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to eVoice not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, eVoice may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
