1. Went to go fax something at a postal store and they charge $2 for first page and $1 after....I had to send a 45 page document...so getting a month free and then spending around $17 a month after the trial sounds like a bargain....also they have a digital attachment option so I didnt even have to take pictures of each page....I just attached the document and waited a little while.

2. Only thing is you can only send a limited amount within each month for free, they do offer another option for a monthly fee for those of you who need to fax more frequently, otherwise I really like it.

3. Unsubscribing/Uninstalling.I wouldn't trust any app that tries to pressure you into paying for something they promoted as "free." Especially when they're charging monthly fees and offer complicated cancelation procedures for something I'm only going to use maybe once every year.

4. It's a Scam!!The ability to take a picture of a document and send as an attachment to the fax is amazing! looks like a black & white xooy of the documents you take the pictures of.

5. I had a time sensitive document to send and like a lot of people we don't have a landline and fax anymore at home.

6. I have called a million times! Please send help, I'm tired of the charges.I have so far only used the website from my phone but it totally works.

1. Fix eFax App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart eFax App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the eFax App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "eFax App" » Open eFax App - Fax from Phone » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for eFax App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear eFax App - Fax from Phone app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from eFax App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "eFax App - Fax from Phone" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check eFax App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, eFax App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall eFax App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall eFax App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing eFax App not working

2. Fix eFax App Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make eFax App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to eFax App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, eFax App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
