1. The app seems to disable bershka systems sending emails unbelievably useless.it shows an unexpected error when i try to put my address.The app is slow, you can't add and pay with employee card, I tried on android, iOs, windows.

2. I payed for one order, it registered and took money twice and now I will receive two times same product and I will have to stay again on a line in the store to return one of them :) super nice experience.

3. Such a pity they never tested this function.Dreadful. Notification for bershka update - orders, returns etc pop up but Al you get is a spinning wheel instead of the details opening on the web or app.

4. In the end, is still better to go to buy in the store.You've removed the "in-store availability" option, which is super inconvenient... then you added the "add" one but there is literally no cart, so this option is meaningless since I can't track what I've added.

5. Most of the pages in the suggestions line don't open.Keeps crashing when I try to open the women's clothing section and is genuinely confusing to use.

6. Nobody at bershka will assist leaving customers unable to order or return.

7. Saw a couple of people having the same issue, so it's a bug and there is no new version to it, probably will uninstall as it doesn't work.Glitchiest app there.

8. Things like bikinis can't be found in the sections on the menu but only by search.Since 2 months i guess, I cant log in with my credentials.

1. Fix BERSHKA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BERSHKA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BERSHKA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BERSHKA" » Open BERSHKA: Fashion & trends » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BERSHKA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BERSHKA: Fashion & trends app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BERSHKA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BERSHKA: Fashion & trends" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BERSHKA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BERSHKA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BERSHKA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BERSHKA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BERSHKA not working

2. Fix BERSHKA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BERSHKA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BERSHKA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BERSHKA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
