My Money Tracker Customer Insights

1. It's a good app.Very usefull app, needs just a simple adjustment when exporting to csv.. It should list the accounts starting balances and list the transfer transactions in two seperate lines.. This way its spreadsheet output would be simply amazingThis apps is absolute convenient apps for earns and expenses monitoring and tracking.

2. I will be looking for something else.best ever, but please, make it right, when u go to another app and return it losing its position of scrolling... it's so much annoying And if it possible, be good if u make history of change for selected group/ account, it very usefull, becomes sometimes u make a mistake change of some transactions, and after its more easier to find a problem.

3. And the last, undo button for last action, also will be great ☺️I love it so far! Seems to be exactly what I wanted out of a money tracker - and without any unnecessary fluff that is everpresent in new apps.

4. One thing I feel is missing, though, is a 4 weekly interval for recurring transactions.my only suggestion would be a redesign of interface, other than that its great and functional.easy to use on the fly.

5. A few days ago I entered a bunch of transactions, synced to Dropbox (after having to log back in again), and all of the transactions I entered were gone.

6. The revaluation amount of base currency should appear with each account along with actual account currency for reconciliation purpose.

7. Totally advice to all.Currency XAU which is Gold is not in the list to chose.

8. This apps really helps on how to budget and control my unplanned expenses.

9. I'm definitely getting the ad-free version soon.It was working fine until now when it stopped working.

10. When I try to open, a window pops up saying "unfortunately it stopped working".

11. The international currency name should be with currency code for for chosing and for consistency.

1. Fix My Money Tracker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Money Tracker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Money Tracker App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Money Tracker" » Open My Money Tracker » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Money Tracker » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Money Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Money Tracker servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Money Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Money Tracker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Money Tracker might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Money Tracker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Money Tracker then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Money Tracker not working


2. Fix My Money Tracker Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Money Tracker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Money Tracker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Money Tracker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
