Otherwise I will have an attorney look into this matter because they advertise as lead generators "Get Leads, Manage Projects, Design Mood" false advertisement.Hands down, the best remodeling app on the market!Do not use this app!!! They make it impossible to cancel your subscription and it is extremely expensive!!! STAY AWAY!!!! They collect all email addresses that you use and switch the subscription from one to the other.... I DID NOT give them my credit card info or sign up using any other email, yet they are still charging monthly sending the invoice to our secondary email!!Beware it has an Uncancellable Annual Subscription.👎 I though I would try it out.
2. Tutorial videos/youtube are outdated or do not apply to my phone (How do I switch from metric to US? Why is there no "settings" tab? Why can I adjust the length of walls, but not snap them to 90 degrees? Why can't I sketch a floor plan, instead using of the glitchy AR camera?)Guess who is the one who made this one able ? 3. Also, be aware that, although it is billed monthly, you are signing up for an annual subscription that cannot be cancelled until the end of the yearly term.The only issue that I've had with house pro.
4. This one is not the original app this is another app with the word PRo added to it 😘You sign a contract but they don't promise leads and if you don't get any leads they still change you the monthly fee.
5. When I went to cancel they said all subscriptions are annual even if you choose monthly and pay the extra costly of monthly.
6. Is there integration with quickbooks and something tells me that won't be an issue very long? Is there a very quick to resolve any issue that you may have something tells me? They're sitting down at the table with them now.seems to be working as advertised.
7. And the issue was not fixed! The app only gives me contact info for my clients and messages from clients.
8. I signed up for monthly at a higher rate than annual as I wasn't sure about this app/service.
9. I contacted support and they were suppose to work on the issue.
10. I have opened another support ticket hoping its fixed before it gets closed.

Hi,
Please cancel my Houzz Pro subscription for LARC designs. There are no regular leads being generated and those that were originally sent were not qualified or quality leads.
The system is not as useful as originally presented and as a result I am now paying a monthly fee which yields no benefit to my small business. I no longer can afford to pay for this service and do not wish to spend funds on a service which is not adding any benefit to my business.

The subscription is not needed. I won't be using it.
I was subscribed under false pretenses. I was said and it was agreed that my former website with HOUZZ would be restored. I stayed that I only wanted to move forward if the site could be resurrected. I am being charged $400.00 per month and am never allowed to speak to a customer service representative. I have felt with at least 5 "Client Success Managers".
Please cancel my pro subscription and stop charging me the monthly fee.
Cancel my houzz pro for interior designers. I don't use it, the tool does nothing for me and all you keep doing is taking my money every month for no reason.
